Below is a list of some of the incredible organizations and resources working to improve the health and safety of farmworkers in California. This is not a comprehensive list, but intended to provide some information about resources available to farmworkers.

Campo Seguro logo

Campo Seguro from the UC Davis Western Center for Agricultural Health and Safety provides information for farmworkers on a variety of topics such as paid sick leave, workers’ compensation, and retaliation protections. Audio and visual resources are available in 6 languages.

Legal Aid at Work logo

Legal Aid at Work provides free legal services to help workers understand and assert their workplace rights.

CRLA provides legal services to farmworkers and residents across the state.

Dar a Luz provides legal resources and advocates for additional protections for farmworkers during the perinatal period, including during pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding. They have resources for farmworkers and healthcare providers.

The California Farmworker Foundation provides a range of services and conducts direct outreach to farmworkers, including scholarships, workforce development, and technical assistance.

The Central California Environmental Justice Network conducts outreach and training for farmworkers and community members across the Central Valley. They aim to to empower communities and address environmental injustices across the Valley.
